If you’re looking for a variation of a classic try The White Lady. Hepple Gin with Cointreau and Lemon Juice and an Egg White.
50ml Hepple Gin
20ml Lemon juice
5ml Egg white
Add all the ingredients into the shaker and shake well without ice to create a good froth. Then add ice and shake well to chill. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
