Taste Club’s Bao Buns with Crispy Duck

They’re so popular at the moment you should try them for yourself. Have a go at making Taste Club’s Bao Buns, you will love them.



6 bao buns (shop-bought)
1 pack of crispy duck
20g spring onions
12g fresh coriander
20ml soy sauce
10ml sweet chilli sauce
20ml hoisin sauce


Pull the duck into fine shredded pieces using 2 forks.

Bind all ingredients in a bowl, using half of the coriander in the filling, reserving the rest to sprinkle when serving.

Heat the bao buns and fill with the mixture. Serve hot with a sprinkle of coriander.
