South American Chimichurri Sauce

Try this beautiful South American Chimichurri Sauce. It goes absolutely perfectly with steak and other types of beef. It’s so simple too!

Ingredients

35 g parsley
5 large shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. fresh oregano
150 ml extra virgin olive oil
15 ml red wine vinegar
2 limes
1 chopped red chilli
Salt
Pepper

Method

Finely chop the garlic, shallots, parsley and garlic, then add to the olive oil. Squeeze the juice of 2 limes and add 15ml of red wine vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Best served over beef.
